Yes, subject to our cancellation policy:
The balance is paid after your trip is completed. You can pay cash directly to your chauffeur or via card/EFT using a payment link we send you. This gives you peace of mind knowing you pay only after receiving the service.
For the 50% deposit: Credit/Debit Card (secure link), Instant EFT, Bank Transfer.
For the 50% balance: Cash (paid to driver), Credit/Debit Card (via link), EFT.
Yes! All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways (Peach Payments / PayFast / Yoco). Your card details are never stored by TulaRide.
Yes! Approved corporate accounts receive monthly invoicing with Net 30 payment terms. No deposit required. Contact us to set up a corporate account for your business.
We monitor your flight in real-time. For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes complimentary waiting for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights. We adjust pickup times for delays at no extra charge. Additional waiting beyond these times is billed at R200 per hour.
Waiting time is free up to 15 minutes for regular pickups and 60 minutes for airport arrivals (international). Additional waiting is R200 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
