1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using TulaRide Executive Chauffeur Services ("TulaRide", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.

2.2. A booking is confirmed only when the 50% deposit has been received and you receive a confirmation message from us with driver details and pricing.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3. Payment Policy

TulaRide operates on a 50% deposit + 50% balance policy:

3.1 Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Your booking is only guaranteed once the deposit has been received.

3.2 Balance Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due after the service is completed. Payment can be made via cash to the chauffeur or via credit/debit card (payment link sent via WhatsApp).

Approved corporate accounts may have Net 30 payment terms (invoiced monthly). No deposit required for corporate accounts with approved credit.

3.5 Pricing

All prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Fixed price quotes are provided before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs.

4.1 How to Cancel

4.2 TulaRide Cancellations

If TulaRide cancels your booking (vehicle breakdown, emergency, safety concerns), we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

4.3 No-Show Policy

You are considered a "no-show" if not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time. In this case, the deposit is forfeited and the full balance may be charged.

5. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

5.1. Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary waiting for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights.

5.2. Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting.

5.3. Additional waiting time: R200 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments).

6. Our Responsibilities

6.1. TulaRide provides a professional, licensed chauffeur and a clean, roadworthy vehicle.

6.2. Flight monitoring is included for airport pickups. We adjust for delays at no extra charge (up to 90 minutes).

6.3. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Your Responsibilities

7.1. Be ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.

7.2. Provide accurate flight information for airport transfers.

7.3. No smoking, vaping, or alcohol in the vehicle (champagne may be permitted with prior approval).

7.4. Child seats must be requested at time of booking.

7.5. You are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.

8. Liability

8.1. TulaRide is fully insured with public liability insurance.

8.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8.3. Personal belongings left in the vehicle will be kept for 14 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. Luggage Policy

Standard allowance: 2 medium suitcases per passenger. Please advise of excess luggage at booking.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to riots, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
