This manual is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, Act No. 2 of 2000 ("PAIA"). It serves as a guide for any person who wishes to request access to records held by TulaRide Executive Chauffeur Services ("TulaRide", "we", "us", "our").

In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act No. 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), this manual also outlines how we handle personal information.

Requests for access to records must be made in writing using the prescribed PAIA Request Form (Form C).

  1. Complete the PAIA Request Form (available from the SAHRC website or request from our Information Officer).
  2. Submit the completed form to our Information Officer via email or post.
  3. Pay the prescribed request fee (if applicable).
  4. We will respond within 30 days of receiving the request.
