This manual is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, Act No. 2 of 2000 ("PAIA"). It serves as a guide for any person who wishes to request access to records held by TulaRide Executive Chauffeur Services ("TulaRide", "we", "us", "our").
In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act No. 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), this manual also outlines how we handle personal information.

4.3 Records Held by Third Parties
We may share records with third-party service providers under confidentiality agreements:
- Payment Processors: PayFast, Peach Payments, Yoco
- Telecommunications: WhatsApp, SMS providers
- Vehicle maintenance providers

5. Records That Are Not Available (Exemptions)
Access to certain records may be refused under PAIA, including but not limited to:
- Records containing trade secrets or confidential commercial information
- Records that would violate the privacy of a third party
- Records protected by legal professional privilege
- Records containing security information
- Records that would disclose internal policies or decision-making processes
6. How to Request Access
Requests for access to records must be made in writing using the prescribed PAIA Request Form (Form C).
Request Procedure:
- Complete the PAIA Request Form (available from the SAHRC website or request from our Information Officer).
- Submit the completed form to our Information Officer via email or post.
- Pay the prescribed request fee (if applicable).
- We will respond within 30 days of receiving the request.

7. Fees
The following fees apply to PAIA requests (as prescribed by the Department of Justice):
